Interior Renderings
Visual clarity before construction begins
Interior renderings give you the confidence to make big decisions before anything is built or bought. Studio Remi produces detailed 3D renderings that show your space — cabinetry layouts, finishes, materials, and overall flow — before construction begins.
Each rendering project includes a collaborative Zoom session where we review and refine the design together in real time. Final deliverables include your renderings, finish selections, and design documentation your contractor can actually use.
This service is ideal for new construction clients, homeowners planning a renovation, and anyone who needs to see it before they commit to it.
Room Refresh
Design direction and a clear plan to shop from
A room refresh is for spaces that need a direction, not a full renovation. Studio Remi will develop a cohesive design concept for your room and deliver everything you need to bring it to life at your own pace.
You'll receive a custom mood board and a curated selections schedule covering furniture, lighting, textiles, and decor with real, source-able products and clickable links. You shop on your timeline. If you choose to purchase through Studio Remi, trade pricing (typically 20% below retail) is passed directly to you.

Studio Remi is affiliated with Modern Building Contractors, which means when you're working with us on a new build or renovation, you're not just getting a designer, you're getting someone who understands how construction actually works. That translates to finish schedules your builder can follow, design decisions made with constructibility in mind, and a smoother process from plans to move-in.
How It Works
Inquire. Fill out the contact form with a few details about your project. We'll follow up within 1–2 business days to schedule a call.

Intro Call. A quick 15–20 minute call to talk through your project, answer any questions, and make sure we're a good fit. No preparation needed, just come ready to talk about your space.

Submit Your Materials. Once we're moving forward, you'll send over your floor plans (if you have them), inspiration images, and any known preferences. This is what we use to build your design concept.

Design Preview. Before we meet again, you'll receive a preview of your design along with a short feedback form. Review everything on your own time, come with your thoughts organized, and we'll hit the ground running.

Live Review Session A focused 60-minute Zoom session where we walk through the design together, refine the details, and finalize decisions in real time.

Final Deliverables You'll receive everything scoped to your project — renderings, finish schedules, shopping lists, contractor documentation, and more — ready to use.
